Dan grew up in Phoenix then graduated from Creighton University, in Omaha Nebraska, with a degree in Business Administration. He then studied at Phoenix School of Law on an academic merit scholarship. In law school, Dan worked in the in the homeless legal clinic and was student body President. After graduating, Dan clerked in criminal and family law before finding his true passion: protecting the rights of injured claimants.

Dan brings a sincere empathy and vigorous work ethic to each client of the Rafi Law Group. He is an avid Diamondbacks fan and enjoys spending time with his dog Bo.
