Brian Fenchak
Associate Attorney
Brian is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, Brian interned with the Honorable Daman Cantrell of the Tulsa County District Court, participated in the Boesche Legal Clinic, and was very active in moot court and mock trial. He was a member of two of his law school's national competition teams, the AAJ Trial Team, and the National Health Law Moot Court Competition Team. As a result of his performance, Brian was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award and was admitted into the Order of Barristers, an accolade reserved for the top 10 oral advocates in a graduating law school class.
Prior to joining the Rafi Law Group, Brian was a Law Clerk and later Trial Attorney at the Pima County Public Defender in Tucson, Arizona. At the Public Defender's Office, Brian acquired extensive experience arguing and negotiating on behalf of his clients. He now brings that experience and skill to his injured clients at the Rafi Law Group.
When Brian is not advocating for his clients, he enjoys golfing, live music, trying new restaurants in Tucson, reading history books, and supporting the Arizona Diamondbacks.
