Joe is an associate attorney at Rafi Law Group with diverse legal experience spanning NCAA compliance, employment litigation, housing discrimination, and trade secret law. He brings a strong foundation in legal research, advocacy, and dispute resolution to his personal injury practice, along with a commitment to client service, a curiosity for complex legal issues, and a competitive drive to advocate for his clients.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Joe lived in six different cities growing up before returning to his home state to study English and business at the University of Texas at Austin. He later earned his law degree from Arizona State University in Phoenix.
Outside of his legal practice, Joe enjoys reading complex novels, writing and performing music, and playing or watching sports. His lifelong involvement in athletics and upbringing in a family of attorneys have helped shape his competitive spirit and approach to the practice of law.
