Shane S. Scadden is a Junior Associate Attorney at Rafi Law Group. Shane works tirelessly to get the best result for every client on every case. Shane prides himself on learning all there is to know about his cases in order negotiate for the best possible result.
Shane grew up in Illinois before moving to the South in 2014. Shane attended The University of Alabama to pursue a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies with a depth study in Governance and a minor in History. At graduation, he was presented with the Fran Geddes Award for Outstanding Service. This hands on experience with governmental structures, community organizing, and the various effects legal systems can have on the public, inspired him to attend law school.
Following UA, Shane moved to Macon Georgia to attend the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Shane spent all three years of his law school experience working in the Public Defender's Office, where he gained valuable experience representing hundreds of clients in the court room. He graduated with a certificate in public service to commemorate his lifelong dedication to helping others. Prior to bringing his skill set to Rafi Law, Shane worked as an associate attorney litigating commercial trucking and personal injury cases. This background enables him to fight diligently for his clients and stand up for victims that have been injured in accidents.
Outside of advocating for his clients, Shane enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with loved ones and hunting for collectibles all across the southwest.
