Brandon B. Rafi, raised in Arizona, exemplifies the virtues of hard work and dedication instilled in him by his immigrant parents. As the owner, president, and founder of Rafi Law Group, he has channeled these values into a decade-long career in law, focusing on personal injury and community welfare. Brandon is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to personally connect with and serve Arizona's Spanish-speaking community.

Educated at Brophy College Preparatory, the University of Arizona, and Phoenix School of Law / Arizona Summit Law School, Brandon has consistently aimed to serve and uplift others. Under his leadership, Rafi Law Group has grown into one of Arizona's largest personal injury firms, with eight offices across Phoenix, Avondale, Mesa, Tucson, Yuma, and Denver, and a team of over 250 committed professionals.

Brandon has been selected to Super Lawyers' Rising Stars list every year from 2020 to 2026, an honor awarded to a limited number of attorneys under 40 based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

Beyond his legal practice, Brandon is deeply invested in community betterment. He established Rafi's Hope, the firm's charitable initiative, which has contributed more than 3,375 volunteer hours and $800,000 to Arizona nonprofits since 2022. This commitment to philanthropy and community service has garnered Brandon significant accolades, including being named Philanthropic Business Leader of the Year in 2024, as well as receiving the 2023 AZ Business Angel of the Year award.

When not working or engaging in philanthropy, Brandon enjoys life with his wife Paige and their two sons. An avid sports fan, he supports local teams like the Diamondbacks, Cardinals, and Suns, and has a passion for traveling and exploring diverse cultures.
