Frank Santa Maria is an Associate Attorney at Rafi Law Group. Mr. Santa Maria is a Phoenix native, having been born and raised in the West Valley. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy out of high school and separated from military service to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California where he graduated summa cum laude. He then accepted a commission to the Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps serving as a federal prosecutor from 2017 – 2024. He then served as a criminal defense attorney for Yuma County.

When Mr. Santa Maria is not in the office, he enjoys sports, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
