Spencer Kirkham is a Junior Associate Attorney at Rafi Law Group. After growing up in Orange County, California, he spent time living in Utah, Massachusetts, and Texas before setting down permanent roots in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. Kirkham is a "double Devil" who earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from ASU in 2022 and a Juris Doctorate from ASU in 2025. During his undergrad, Mr. Kirkham researched the evolution of eusociality in ants. In law school, he focused on the intersection between the law, medicine, and the sciences.


Since joining Rafi Law Group, Mr. Kirkham has settled millions of dollars for his clients. He finds satisfaction in being a dependable rock for clients to rely on during hardship and enjoys strategizing how to ensure insurance carriers make those clients whole.


When Mr. Kirkham is not in the office fighting on behalf of his clients, he can be found enjoying an epic fantasy novel, backpacking the Arizona Trail, outmaneuvering his family members in a board game, or expanding his rock collection with another specimen from Arizona's rich variety of rare minerals.
